Salome Mwangi

Salome relocated to the Treasure Valley from Kenya two decades ago. She shares her life with her adult daughter navigating the ins-and-outs of life across cultures, with lots of learning and laughter and the occasional rough patches. She enjoys sharing her Kenyan-inspired cuisine with others and trying out Idaho’s rich tapestry of experiences.
