Who We Are:
The work of the Idaho Children’s Trust Fund is strengthening families and communities to create the safe, stable, and nurturing environments all children need to thrive. Thriving families are the key to thriving communities. We know that parenting children can be hard especially in these stressful times. That is why we created this page as a resource to all of us who need help sometimes. This project started because of the death of two infants from abusive situations and our understanding that these situations are preventable. We truly are all in this together. Funding for this project started with memorial gits after the death of the Trust Fund’s former board member, lover of fun, lover of children, supporter of prevention, Valerie Chrisman. Her memorial fund has been joined with support from the Blue Cross Idaho Foundation and St. Luke’s.
